Welcome to the 119th SBCT

Howdy,

You've managed to stumbled upon our little piece of the internet. The 119th Stryker Brigade Combat Team is a gaming unit that plays Armed Assault II Operation Arrowhead on PC. ArmA II is a military simulation game with a tight knit community to support it. We consider ourselves a realism unit, that means that we simulate the Army by using real world Army organization and structure and using Army tactics.

Something you will hear around our Team Speak 3 is, "The Army" this does not mean the right way, it just means that we do things the Army way around here. While we simulate the Army we understand that this is a gaming environment and tailor certain things to reflect that. For the most part you aren't going to get yelled at for not calling an officer sir, or mistakenly calling a Sergeant by another rank but we do have a code of conduct that we expect all members to adhere to. Our image as a realism unit is one of professionalism and courtesy and we would like it to remain that way.

So if you stumbled here by accident there won't be much to see as a vast majority of the forums are restricted to member access. While we do have a few friends of members that are granted honored guest status we don't normally open the forums to the general public.
